Nicholls Auction Marketing Group has recently had the opportunity to conduct several successful real estate auctions in SC, NC, VA, WV, MD, DE and DC, and the results are amazing.  According to John Nicholls,  "We are seeing upwards of 70 bidders at some of these auctions, and the sellers are extremely happy with the results."  Especially with the popularity of internet bidding, the days of only doing real estate auction close to your home office are a thing of the past.  Nicholls recently conducted a home auction that fetched over 9,500 web hits in only a 30 day marketing period.  "We are witnessing 40-60 interested buyers are every home tour prior to the auction" Nicholls stated.
